Yes, it is true, playing the ukulele will make you and other people smile! It might be the most joyful and easy instrument to play considering it's size, cost, and portability!

Assuming you now know the chords: C, F, Ami, G, then you are ready Rock!  Get ready to let Tracy teach you many more fun and classic to contemporary songs!  Also, students will learn some techniques: including fancier strum patterns and rhythms to spice things up(and impress your friends and family)!  Tracy will be teaching more finger picking patterns and songs and will also be sharing how to play fun rock songs on the uke: with riffs and power chords!

Each week will be a new song or two with a few new chords, strum patterns, riffs, and fingerpicking. The group class will learn how to play fun classic to modern songs from the following set list:

-Here Comes the Sun
-While My Guitar Gently Weeps

Tracy will supply all sheet music for the course.  Students are encouraged to take notes.  Tracy will also teach the basics on how to read and understand the music, chord charts, and of course, the secret of how to read tabs. Once you understand these concepts, you can teach yourself any song!
